Minimum order value

The minimum order value for the first order is 250,00 EUR net. 

Shipping

Shipping costs are paid by the customer. Orders are subject to current processing times. Shipping costs will be charged as soon as the ordered items are packed.

Returns

We do not sell items on consignment or with a sales guarantee. Returns, even in the case of legitimate complaints, will be accepted only after written notice and written consent to return. For organizational reasons, we cannot accept freight collect shipments. Please check your orders immediately upon arrival and inform us of any problems.

Backorder

Although we have a very large stock it may happen from time to time that items are out of stock. Unless otherwise requested, items will be automatically backordered. The customer is responsible for cancelling unwanted backorders in a timely manner.
